Continuity of Care Commitment and Pricing

To help you stay on track and get the most out of your journey, we offer our 12-week care bundle pricing when you continue care within two weeks of completing your current 12-week plan.

This approach rewards consistency and allows our clinical team to provide the most accurate, effective, and personalized care without missing a beat.

If there’s a longer pause in care (more than two weeks), we’ll simply start fresh with a Comprehensive Evaluation to ensure that we are working from your most up-to-date health baseline. Think of it as resetting your compass before moving forward again — always with your safety and long-term success in mind.

The listed lab panels represent the full scope available under your bundle. Your provider may decide only a subset is clinically necessary. The program fee remains the same.

Additional Labs

If additional or specialized testing is recommended beyond the included panels, your provider will explain the medical reasoning and exact cost. We proceed only with your consent.

 

Flexibility

You may choose to use our discounted pricing for additional labs or have them performed through your health insurance at a participating third-party facility.

Payment, Insurance, and Reimbursement

Our Payment Policy

All services provided as part of our care bundles are cash-pay, and we do not take insurance. For any additional labs or specialized testing that your provider may recommend, you have the option to use your health insurance at a participating third-party facility.

HSA/FSA Eligibility

Each 12-Week Care Bundle is structured as a prepayment for defined medical services. These fees are designed to be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement, but coverage cannot be guaranteed. We provide you with a detailed invoice for submission. Final reimbursement decisions are determined by your HSA/FSA plan.

Patients Age 65 and Over

Due to Medicare regulations, BitCure is not able to register or support patients aged 65 or older at this time. By enrolling, you agree not to bill Medicare or seek Medicare reimbursement for any services provided by our clinicians. You also agree to inform us if you become eligible for Medicare during your engagement with us.
