Step 1: Walk-Through and Orientation
We invite you to visit the clinic, meet our team, and understand how the program works - with no obligation to sign up. This is a chance to ask questions, review your goals, and get comfortable with our approach. You can also complete a Fit3D biometric scan while you are here to get a quick snapshot of your body composition, and experience BitCure’s personalized approach firsthand
-
Step 2: Program Enrollment and Care Coordination
If you choose to move forward, you enroll in the Trailblazer Program ($169 for 12 weeks). This includes Clinician-led care, coaching and accountability, baseline metabolic screening (included), ongoing support across nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.
We focus on getting to know you before ordering labs.
-
Step 3: Thoughtful Lab Planning
Once enrolled, our care coordination team works with you to obtain your health history and lifestyle goals (e.g. food habits, sleep, activity). We also collect any recent test results you may have recently completed from your primary care physician or other specialists. Our clinical team then reviews everything before ordering labs, so we can:
- Avoid repeating tests you have already done
- Plan testing intentionally
-
Step 4: Clinically Guided Testing - With Clear Explanation
You will receive a clear, easy-to-understand message outlining:
- The baseline metabolic labs (included) in your program - A1c, Insulin, Lipid Profile
- Any additional tests that may be helpful for personalization (optional)
Additional testing during the program is clinically guided, and offered at discounted, pass-through cost, with your approval. Depending on your clinical situation, your provider may recommend only a portion of the baseline metabolic labs included in the program; the program fee remains unchanged. When labs are drawn at a Labcorp facility, a standard Labcorp blood-draw fee may apply; this fee is waived when blood collection is completed at our office.
-
Step 5: Care Begins
With your labs completed, you meet with our Clinician/Nurse Practitioner, Dietitian, Health Coach/Personal Accountability Liaison (PAL). From there, we build your plan using real data, not guesswork - and support you throughout the program. We begin with a focused baseline metabolic screening and clinical assessment to understand how your body is functioning today and evaluate for early metabolic risk, including insulin resistance. This step helps us to understand your metabolic health, identify early signals before disease develops, and guide next steps with intention and precision.
We recommend that all Trailblazers use a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) at least once, preferably at the start of the program. A CGM is not a treatment - it’s a learning and awareness tool that helps you:
- See how your body responds to different foods
- Understand the impact of sleep, stress, and movement
- Identify patterns you may not feel
CGMs are available at a discounted, pass-through cost of $35
-
Step 6: Ongoing Maintenance & Long-Term Support - $169 per 12 weeks
Health is not a one-time reset! After completing the initial program, many patients continue into Ongoing Maintenance, which provides continued clinician oversight, coaching, accountability, movement support, education and community - helping you stay on track.
Additional testing during the program is clinically guided, and offered at discounted, pass-through cost, with your approval. Depending on your clinical situation, your provider may recommend only a portion of the metabolic monitoring labs included in the program; the program fee remains unchanged. When labs are drawn at a Labcorp facility, a standard Labcorp blood-draw fee may apply; this fee is waived when blood collection is completed at our office.

Why We Use a Stepwise Approach
This approach allows us to:
- Start with what matters most to you
- Personalize care using real data
- Personalize care using real data, always guided by your body and your goals
- Deliver care thoughtfully, intentionally and responsibly
At BitCure, our role is to support you, explain things clearly, and walk alongside you - helping you make confident choices and build steady, lasting progress over time. We work in coordination with your primary care physician, complementing their medical care with a focus on chronic disease reversal, cardiometabolic health, lifestyle optimization, and prevention.
Participation in the program requires an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider. If you do not currently have a PCP, please contact our team — we are happy to help you explore options.
